We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our Sports Solutions team, focusing on building and maintaining features that power the core sports functionalities of the 360Player platform.
You will work closely with a dedicated team to support feature development and ensure seamless experiences for our users, while collaborating with the other members of the overall backend team to deliver stable, well-structured solutions for our sports modules.
Features you will work on include managing and structuring performance data, building content systems for clubs, and developing integrations that enhance the value of our platform for sports teams worldwide.

You will work closely with a dedicated team to support feature development and ensure seamless experiences for our users, while collaborating with the other members of the overall backend team to deliver stable, well-structured solutions for our sports modules.
Features you will work on include managing and structuring performance data, building content systems for clubs, and developing integrations that enhance the value of our platform for sports teams worldwide.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain backend features for sports-related functionalities on the 360Player platform.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers to support implementation and feature delivery.
- Work with our team to design and maintain clear, efficient, and maintainable systems.
- Structure and manage data models for sports performance and training data.
- Support integrations with external systems to enhance sports features.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our backend practices.
- Provide input and feedback on the sports feature roadmap based on technical considerations and user needs.
- 3+ years of experience in backend development.
- Proficiency in Go (Golang) or strong experience in another language, willing to learn Go.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL \ optimization
- Experience with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services\ (preferably Azure)
- Understanding of data modeling, performance, and clean code practices.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with frontend engineers and stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Structured, reliable, and takes initiative.
- Collaborative mindset with clear communication skills.
- Curious and eager to learn and contribute to ongoing improvements.
- Enjoys problem-solving and delivering user-focused features.
- Passion for sports or athlete development is a plus.
- Build features for a platform trusted by top sports clubs globally.
