Coalesce Management Consultancy (CMC) have a consulting assignment available for an Embedded software engineer to work on a project we have in Västerås.

Currently, we’re looking for an experienced SW developer, passionate about embedded systems development particularly within the automotive industry, to help us provide solutions on a project based in Västerås.

You’ll be involved in:

• Full software development lifecycle: systemization, architecture, design, implementation, and verification.
• Developing embedded solutions primarily for automotive, defense, industry, and telecom sectors.
• Collaborating with a diverse, skilled team to solve complex technical challenges.
• Continuous personal and technical development through training and knowledge sharing.
• Working on cutting-edge technology that shapes the future of digitalized, sustainable, and cyber-secure systems.

In order to suit the project requirements, you must have:

• A civil or university degree in engineering with focus on computer science, IT, or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in software development with C/C++.
• Experience with tools and scripting languages to streamline software development.
• Strong collaboration skills and professionalism in client and team interactions.

Knowledge or experience in test-driven development, Continuous Integration, and embedded systems like ARM, Linux Embedded, or FreeRTOS is a plus.
