About The Mobile Team

Quartr's Mobile team is dedicated to developing engaging and reliable mobile experiences that bring clarity to the complexities of financial markets. We collaborate closely with design, product, and other engineering teams to deliver features that are both elegant and high-performing. Joining our team means tackling exciting engineering challenges in user experience, streaming, and backend-for-frontend development.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain the Quartr iOS app using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit
• Build smooth, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Designers, Product Managers, and other Engineers
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure the app runs flawlessly at scale
• Contribute to backend-for-frontend systems designed specifically for mobile
• Stay on top of iOS trends and advocate for best practices within the team
• Engage in code reviews and continuously raise the quality of our codebase
  
  

What Will Help You Succeed

• 3+ years of experience in iOS development
• Proficient in Swift and frameworks like SwiftUI, UIKit, AVKit/AVFoundation
• Solid understanding of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines
• Experience with iOS testing frameworks such as XCTest
• Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills in a remote team setting
• Experience working with TypeScript/JavaScript backends is a big plus
• Bonus: Android development knowledge, CI/CD pipeline experience, or use of AI development tools
• Eagerness to take ownership and contribute across different parts of the stack
