The Opportunity

As a Junior Product Manager at Worldline, you will work closely with the Lead Product Manager and our development team to support strategic initiatives and manage day-to-day product activities. You will assist in driving the development of our digital onboarding solutions, helping improve customer experience and operational efficiency. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management, stakeholder alignment, and market research, while also independently leading smaller projects.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Product Manager on strategic development projects, contributing ideas and executing specific tasks.
• Support in stakeholder management by facilitating communication between internal teams
• Monitor product performance metrics and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct market and user research to gather insights and inform product decisions.
• Create documentation including user stories, product backlogs, and requirements specifications.
• Plan, execute, and manage small independent projects related to digital onboarding
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other departments to ensure successful delivery of features.

You are structured, possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and enjoy using your creativity to tackle challenges. Seeing the big picture while maintaining attention to detail comes naturally to you. You thrive in a global, multicultural environment, and your flexibility allows you to adapt quickly to shifting tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting. On top of that, you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Technology, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and full professional proficiency in English
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of small projects.
• Previous experience of project management, or related roles is a plus.
• Interest in digital payments
