IT Project Manager (temp)

What you’ll do:

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to help drive and support the delivery of our strategic IT initiatives. Our ambition is to increase our overall digital presence and provide a best-in-class digital experience for our customers. Your focus as an IT Project Manager will be to drive and support two major technology transformations in our retail environment: a business-critical ERP migration and the implementation of an Order Management System (OMS). This role is key to aligning our IT roadmap with the evolving demands of omnichannel retail and supply chain operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support an ongoing ERP migration, ensuring minimal disruption to our Ecom operations, including merchandising, finance, and supply chain.
• Investigate the feasibility of different OMS solutions, supporting the selection process through stakeholder input, technical evaluation, and business impact analysis.
• Partner closely with our IT Department, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and external vendors to ensure IT project alignment with business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage scope changes, and maintain tight control on project deliverables and timelines.
  
  

You probably have the following experiences & skills:

• Project Management: You have the ability to plan, lead and execute approved development projects together with internal and external resources
• Hands-on experience delivering large-scale ERP and/or OMS implementations. Preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong understanding of retail workflows, including order processing, inventory management, POS integration, and customer fulfillment.
• You have a “go-getter” attitude, you are motivated by the possibility of driving change and projects on your own initiative. Further you have a customer centric mindset and take pride in solving customer needs/problems.
• You are organized and able to gather and document user needs and product information that you can transform into technical requirements to be developed.
• Minimum 5 years experience of working with complex IT-projects, ideally within the retail sector.
• Degree within IT/Computer Science or Management
