As ourBusiness Analyst, the position is Stockholm based. You will have responsibility for, and act as the point of contact for all topics relating to data reporting and analytics for a set of defined Nordic strategic accounts. You will report to your Line Manager based in our Nordic HQ in Solna, Sweden. You will join internal and external sell in meetings and seasonal assortment handovers in Manchester minimum twice a year.
You will be one of 3 Nordic Team members in our Nordic Insights & Reporting Team.
Our Nordic Headquarters in our brand-new office in Solna, where we have nearly 100 colleagues working across Sales, Marketing, and support functions. The Nordics is part of our North Europe Cluster, bringing together the Nordics, UK, and Benelux as one team. What You’ll Do
As a Business Analyst at adidas, you will have responsibility for everything related to analytics and data reporting for the strategic accounts you work with, working closely with the account teams taking part of weekly team meetings and external meetings with the account during sell in.
We’re looking for someone with strong commercial acumen, as you’ll be confidently presenting to stakeholders both internally and externally.
You will analyse sell out data on a weekly basis, supplying the respective Key Account Managers with actionable insights with the objective of accelerating adidas sell out and market share, identifying opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability. You will continuously work to improve and simplify reporting, finding new ways present and visualize data. We are looking for a for someone who has an analytical mindset and can process a large amount of data, applying a commercial mindset and approach to your analytical take-aways. Commercial experience from e.g. FCMG, sporting goods industry, etc. would be beneficial.
Skills You’ll Need
We have an optional “Sports Hour” every Thursday @ 11-12 and an annual fitness allowance.

Skills You’ll Need
- Fluent English is necessary; another Nordic language would be beneficial.
- Advanced Excel skills and high proficiency in spreadsheet analysis
- Knowledge of data processing & visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL, Google Analytics)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work under pressure
- Solution-oriented with a focus on achieving results
