Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong linguistic, technical, and compliance expertise. The ideal candidate will possess deep fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken), along with strong command of English. This role is centered on optimizing and managing system-technical text solutions, ensuring communication is accessible, GDPR-compliant, and aligned with customer-focused standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on text and document management to business text administrators.
• Develop and maintain structured, simple, and reusable communication documents.
• Create both simple and complex business letters when necessary.
• Optimize and manage text-related system-technical solutions.
• Define and document text standards, structures, and best practices.
• Translate marketing requirements and guidelines into well-structured documentation.
• Conduct training sessions for various departments, focusing on document communication standards.
• Serve as a go-to hotline for operational support on text systems and document standards.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to legislative requirements.
• Ensure all documents meet the EU Accessibility Act (EAA) and GDPR requirements.
• Continuously refine customer communication to improve clarity and user experience.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Language Proficiency: Native or fluent Swedish (written & spoken), proficient in English.
• Experience: 8–10 years in a relevant field.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for clarity and structure.
• Knowledge of EU accessibility and GDPR compliance for digital and printed documents.
• Experience with data formats such as XML and JSON.
• Advanced IT competence – comfortable working at a super-user level with technical systems.
• Ability to apply logical reasoning in document structuring.
• Strong cross-functional communication and training capabilities.
• Prior experience translating marketing input into technical or system-ready documents.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Familiarity with system-technical documentation tools or platforms.
• Prior experience in regulated industries (banking, insurance, government, etc.).
• Passion for clear, user-friendly textual communication across multiple channels.
• Proven ability to support and upskill diverse teams.
