Position: DevOps Engineer

Location: Kozyatağı Allianz Tower (Hybrid)

Who We Are

At Ticimax, we develop modern software solutions and manage high-availability, scalable systems. We embrace automation, continuously improve our infrastructure, and integrate DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle. We’re now looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join our team and help us push our platform even further.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain containerized applications using Docker or similar technologies
• Research, implement, and promote the use of modern DevOps tools and methodologies across the organization
• Operate and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure (e.g., Rancher, OpenShift, etc.)
• Set up and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging systems (such as Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, ELK Stack, etc.)
• Develop event-driven autoscaling solutions (e.g., using KEDA or similar tools)
• Implement and monitor container security policies (e.g., NeuVector, Aqua, Falco, etc.)
• Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
• Perform maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting on Linux-based servers
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps or system engineering roles
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized architectures
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, monitoring, security, and logging practices
• Good command of English, especially for reading documentation, written communication, and participating in technical discussions
• A team player with a proactive mindset and a strong desire to learn and improve
