Product Owner

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced "Product Owner" to help build the next generation e-commerce products.

As a product owner you will work collaboratively with stakeholders across n11 to agree on features and functions that will shape the future of e-commerce. In doing so, you will help the technical team by breaking these features into priorities, build plans, outline enablement, and training to deliver against those features.

What you'll do

• Be the person who is responsible for defining the why, when and what of the products that the engineering team is building and be responsible for building a product and strategy
• Analyzing technical needs and tracing all development processes, achieve time-to-market and quality while defining and owning product map
• Partner with business stakeholders, data teams and engineering teams to understand business and technical requirement.
• Planning, execute projects and communicate status, risks and issues
• Conducting UAT, product acceptance tests and verify required functionality was developed and implemented as per business requirements
• Writing the user stories and keeping the backlog groomed
• Managing the sprint cycles

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, a related field or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in technology management (product owner, product manager, technical IT manager with portfolio management responsibilities, etc.)
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with a variety of audiences
• Being able to write and execute basic SQL Queries in order to analyze data if needed
• Data-driven and strong analytical skills
• Experience in maximizing product value with ROI
• Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize work based on project timelines and sprint arrangements
• Experience of defining and delivering MVP
• A self-driven organized entrepreneurial spirit
• Evaluate and review trend analysis of the product, product gap analysis, tactical support, competitor analysis, product requirement document, product positioning
