Why We’re Hiring

We are embarking on a high-stakes Oracle → Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migration (“Lift & Shift”) that covers ~80–90 % of our core platforms, followed by an upgrade of Oracle Flexcube from v12.3 to v14.7. To deliver on time and with minimal disruption, we need an accomplished Programme / Migration Project Manager to take full ownership of planning and execution across distributed, multicultural teams.

Your Core Mission

• Own the end-to-end programme – from detailed project plan (≤ 2 months) through go-live (≤ 9 months) and post-cut-over stabilisation.
• Coordinate multinational, vendor-led squads to deliver the OCI migration with ≤ 15 minutes cumulative unplanned downtime and ≤ ±5 % budget variance.
• Drive the Flexcube upgrade immediately after Lift & Shift, ensuring regulatory alignment and zero data loss.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integrated programme plan, RAID log, budget and executive dashboards.
• Manage external vendors, contracts and SLAs; escalate risks early and transparently.
• Oversee API gateway / management platform integrations (Apigee, Kong, MuleSoft, etc.).
• Provide crisp, executive-level reporting to C-suite and regulators.
• Dedicate ≥ 70 % of your working time to this programme.

What You’ll Bring

• 12+ years of IT project delivery; 5+ years in tier-1/2 banking or regulated fintech.
• 3+ enterprise-scale Oracle-stack migrations to OCI (or comparable cloud).
• Demonstrable hands-on experience with Oracle Flexcube and its migration on OCI (strong plus).
• Deep knowledge of IT compliance, risk, and controls frameworks.
• Fluent English (C1)—written and spoken—and confident cross-cultural leadership (EU–APAC).

PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner

ITIL 4 or COBIT
