Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinating/supporting Projects/Portfolio/Releases and Small Changes.
  • Support in defining and prioritization of project requirements and tasks.
  • Communication with local and international project teams and project/release stakeholders including Top Management.
  • Preparing, organizing and conducting of project related meetings, including SteerCo meetings.
  • Support of UAT and regression testing.
  • Coordinating of Vendors.
  • Processing Purchase Requisition/Orders and Invoices in respective systems.
  • Executing, tracking and controlling Project Budgets
  • Tracking and coordination of unforeseen events using incident management tools.
  • Close collaboration with own and other teams as well.

Our Requirements

  • University Degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in PM related areas.
  • Good knowledge of Agile PM tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Xray).
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good (verbal and written) communication and presentation skills.
  • Problem solving skills, “can do” attitude.
  • Ability to work both self-organized and as a team player.
  • Fluent Polish and advanced English [minimum B2], oral and written.
  • Knowledge of Czech and Slovak would be an asset.
