Description

As a TV Software Quality Assurance (QA) Tester, your main responsibility will be to ensure the quality and functionality of our TV software products. This will primarily involve conducting manual functional testing on TV software, including set-top boxes (STB), smart TVs, mobile platforms, web applications, and other TV-related technologies. You will be responsible for tasks such as bug reporting, trace analysis, and exploratory testing, in order to identify and document any issues or improvements needed for the software.

Must Have

English Speaker

Czech Speaker

Able to test locally in Prague, Czech Republic - when requested

Strong experience in QA testing for TV software or related field

Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and processes

Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice To Have

Experience with smart TVs, streaming devices, and other TV-related technologies

Knowledge of video codecs, streaming protocols, and

DRM Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks

Understanding of agile development methodologies

Ability to analyze and interpret technical specifications
