Propositions Analyst - Business Banking Products (Emiratized Role)

About the role

As a Propositions Analyst, you will drive end-to-end product development, system readiness, process optimization, performance reporting, and risk compliance to deliver innovative banking solutions and strategic growth. You will report to the Vice President – Products & Cross Sell and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Business Performance & Strategic Analytics, Marketing, Transaction Banking, and other key stakeholders to support product initiatives and ensure seamless execution across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Product Development:
• Support the implementation of new products and variants that complement the existing portfolio.
• Enhance system capabilities to enable new product rollouts.
• Prepare business documentation such as product papers, process notes, and marketing communications.
• Processes & Systems:
• Ensure system infrastructure readiness for product and campaign launches.
• Develop and implement robust processes with appropriate controls and MIS availability.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to create/update SOPs aligned with bank requirements.
• Portfolio Reporting & MIS:
• Generate reports to track product performance, campaign success, and cross-sell penetration.
• Provide ad-hoc MIS for opportunity analysis and risk assessment.
• Risk Management:
• Conduct due diligence for new product and campaign initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory mandates.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in banking, preferably in roles related to product or MIS and Reporting. Strong exposure to Business Banking products and services.
