We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Control Associate to join our team. This entry-level role requires a keen eye for accuracy, a passion for data, data visualization, and process optimization.

  • Create, adjust, and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports
  • Review reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Optimize and automate processes for the Data Control department and external departments
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reports and systems
  • Serve as an administrator for internal CRMs, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality


Nice to have Skills:

  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies
  • Efficient and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Enthusiasm for data, visualization, and process optimization
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Overtime is expected during the peak periods such as Month-end and Quarter-end.
