Solution Architect (Cloud & AI) - Infrastructure

Job Purpose:

In this technical sales role, you’ll help customers design secure, scalable, and resilient cloud architectures that support their modernization goals. Using IaaS and PaaS services, you’ll guide organizations through migration, optimization, and innovation, translating technical capabilities into real business outcomes.

You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions that enhance agility, reduce costs, and unlock value through AI-powered infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Architect and support the deployment of GPU-accelerated AI and high-performance computing (HPC) solutions across hybrid and multicloud environments.
• Lead client workshops, technical discovery sessions, and solution design engagements tailored to enterprise and government clients in Qatar.
• Design and optimize infrastructure for AI/ML workloads (training, inference, analytics) using cloud-native patterns and tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow).
• Leverage NVIDIA and partner ecosystems to deliver secure, performance-optimized, and compliant solutions across sectors.
• Maintain deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and enterprise workload migration to GPU-enabled environments.
• Collaborate with products & bid teams on technical documentation, solution blueprints, and proposal development for complex ICT infrastructure projects.
• Ensure integration with existing customer environments including secure networking (VPN, VNETs, routing), data governance, and AI workload orchestration.
• Drive architecture standardization, DevSecOps best practices, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) within client environments.
• Advise on compliance with Qatari regulations (e.g., Q-CERT), and global standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) as part of secure design practices.
• Drive technical sales of NVIDIA AI and accelerate GPUs consumption by delivering solution design and support successful deployments.

Qualifications and Experience:

Technical Expertise:

• 6+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or infrastructure engineering.
• 4+ years’ experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructure, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Azure, GCP, Oracle, and ISVs like NetApp, VMware, and RedHat.
• Expertise in GPU-enabled architecture design, cloud migrations, and hybrid environments.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes, container platforms, and orchestration tools.
• Proficiency in AI/ML workflows and APIs (OpenAI, Azure AI, Hugging Face).
• Deep knowledge of networking and security architectures in enterprise/cloud contexts.
• Experience working in or with telecom, government, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with Qatari and regional ICT compliance standards (e.g., CRA, Q-CERT).
• Enterprise architecture, NCP Solution Architect and AI/ML-related certifications (e.g., TensorFlow, Azure AI Engineer, NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute) are highly desirable.
