Lead Developer (GenAI, Python, R&D)

Join our GenAI team as a Lead Developer to spearhead research efforts, perform rapid experiments, and validate cutting-edge technologies.

This role focuses on delivering innovation through proofs of concept and impactful demos for executive presentations every two weeks. If you are passionate about AI and thrive on prototyping with the latest technological advancements, we welcome your application.

Responsibilities


  • Drive the design and creation of proofs of concept and experimental models
  • Research and assess innovative tools and methodologies
  • Deliver professional-quality demos to illustrate the potential of new technologies
  • Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and refine solutions for demos
  • Develop and enhance components tailored for prototype and demo development
  • Ensure high standards of code quality using thorough testing and peer reviews
  • Offer insights and recommendations to improve team projects and processes
  • Track emerging technology trends to integrate forward-thinking ideas into R&D efforts
  • Communicate clearly and effectively within a remote-first team environment


Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience in software development
  • 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
  • Proficiency in Python at an advanced level
  • Strong grasp of software engineering fundamentals
  • Passion for research and technology validation
  • Familiarity with JavaScript
  • Collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork
  • English communication skills at a B2+ level


Nice to have


  • Background in LangChain or comparable AI orchestration tools
  • Understanding of Azure and cloud-based AI platforms
