We are looking for a Growth Product Manager to join our team.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying growth points and new opportunities for product development
• Working on tasks derived from the company's strategic goals
• Analyzing the competitive landscape and current industry trends (betting, gambling, retention mechanics, UX)
• Initiating, launching, and supporting A/B tests, along with analyzing the results
• Implementing new features, user flows, or mechanics with the potential to enhance product performance
  
  

Qualifications

Skills and Experience Needed:

• 2+ years of experience
• Product mindset — the ability to see the product as a living system and make decisions based on user needs and business objectives
• Strong analytical skills — confident working with data, identifying patterns, and uncovering non-obvious insights
• Industry knowledge — understanding the specifics of gambling/betting products, typical user scenarios, and behavioral patterns
• Experience in competitor and market research — analysis of features, UX, and retention strategies
