Your tasks as Head of Software Product

• Take full ownership of SCADA software, including architecture, quality, performance, and scalability.
• Design and implement core features in the early development phases.
• Define the long-term technical vision and roadmap in collaboration with product and business teams.
• Lead and grow a high-performing software team, introducing engineering best practices, development workflows, and tools.
• Make key decisions on technology stack, infrastructure, and software design.
• Ensure smooth feature delivery and timely releases.
• Collaborate with UX, product, and customer teams to create impactful solutions.

Your Profile

• Solid experience in software development with a strong technical background, ideally in full-stack or systems-level engineering.
• Passion for building software products from the ground up.
• Experience in leading or mentoring software developers, or a desire to step into a leadership role.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to solving problems.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have:

• Fluent in German.
• Familiarity with industrial automation, SCADA systems, or real-time platforms.
