Senior Creative Artworker – Polish & English Speaker (Hybrid: Warsaw)

Department: Indicia - Creative Production

Location: Poland

• Lead the creation, editing, and production of marketing campaigns and materials for a major global brand
• Oversee all deliverables and ensure brand consistency across brochures, social and digital assets, print collateral, POS, and more
• Work collaboratively within a multicultural team, guiding junior team members and local stakeholders
• Apply advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D rendering, pre-press, and video/motion graphics
• Manage projects, balance workloads, and ensure quality and deadlines are met
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, providing solutions and upholding brand standards
  
  

• Considerable experience in creative production, with a focus on print and digital design
• Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), 3D rendering, and image retouching
• Experience in agency or trade marketing environments (preferred)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Fluent/native Polish and high proficiency in English
• Positive, proactive attitude with meticulous attention to detail
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively
