The Role

As a Senior Creative Artworker, you will oversee and deliver creative production projects for a major global brand, ensuring top-quality output across print and digital media. From original design through artwork amendments and adaptation/versioning, your craft will support brand guardianship, campaign production, and consistent communication.


Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and edit print-ready artwork across various media: print collateral, press ads, POS, digital & social assets, and more.
  • Ensure original concepts and client briefs are faithfully executed within brand and corporate guidelines.
  • Mentor local stakeholders to achieve expected quality and brand consistency.
  • Retouch images and photography, apply color management principles, and troubleshoot design/production challenges.
  • Accurately estimate and track time, ensuring projects meet time, budget, and quality goals.
  • Handle personal administration (including timesheets) efficiently and promptly.


Skills and Experience

  • Significant experience in design and production artwork, especially for print.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite; strong 3D rendering for POS items.
  • Pre-press knowledge and proficiency in automated artwork and template/systems (DAM, ad delivery, workflow).
  • Confident in direct client interaction; experience with agencies or trade marketing a plus.
  • Image retouching, colour management, proofing, and strong design/layout skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage time and workload independently.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Native German speaker with strong English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
