Your main roles and responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration from project planning to completion and lead regular project meetings
  • Ensure that all project stakeholders communicate clearly, transparently, and in a timely manner
  • Keep track of schedules, milestones and budgets and initiate targeted actions when deviations occur
  • Identify risks and oportunities early and actively manage or leverage them
  • Document the project progress, maintain project data in SAP and support the optimization and automation of existing processes

You are just right for this role if

  • you enjoy not just understanding processes, but actively improving and reimagining them
  • you have initial experience in project management
  • you're comfortable communicating in English - both written and spoken
  • you work in a structured way, think in solutions, and love to bring fresh ideas to the table
