Jobgether is searching for a dedicated and strategic Product Owner to join our innovative product team in Dublin. In this vital role, you will be the voice of the customer, responsible for defining the product vision and maximizing the value delivered by our agile development teams. You will own and manage the product backlog, translating high-level business requirements into clear, actionable user stories. By collaborating closely with stakeholders, designers, and engineers, you will guide the development of new features for our AI-powered recruitment platform, ensuring we continuously solve real-world problems for our users and stay ahead of the market.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Strong track record of managing a product backlog, prioritizing features, and writing detailed user stories.

Excellent understanding of agile principles and methodologies. A Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification is a significant plus.

Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX/UI, and marketing.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to articulate a clear product vision and rationale behind your decisions.

Analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving.

Experience in the tech, SaaS, or recruitment technology industry is highly desirable.

Must have the ability to work from our Dublin office multiple days per week.
