Overview

Join our Technology AI team as a Project Manager / Technical Business Analyst. This hybrid role involves managing AI-related projects and gathering technical requirements for productivity tools and data applications. You’ll work closely with developers, stakeholders, and infrastructure teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning meetings, record minutes and actions.
  • Develop and manage project workplans.
  • Report on data flow development status to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with AI developers to identify and resolve blockers.
  • Ensure documentation exists for all developed data flows.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure and support teams for production readiness.
  • Support training efforts for end users on AI tools.
  • Drive prioritization and resource alignment.
  • Monitor project delivery and maintain stakeholder accountability.

What We're Looking For

  • BSc in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in project management or technical business analysis, ideally in Financial Services.
  • Experience across full system delivery lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling.
  • Experience with SQL, relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
  • Experience using Jira, building Kanbans, roadmaps, and dashboards.
  • Experience in investment banking or capital markets is a plus.
  • Exposure to generative AI and LLM technologies is a plus.
