Sentinel Diagnostics, leader in the Development and Production of IVD Diagnostic Kits for Clinical Chemistry, Immunology and Molecular Biology, is looking for a:

PROJECT MANAGER - Pharma

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects of development and industrialization of In Vitro Diagnostics.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting project deliverables, including project background and planning
• Preparing summary reports, meeting minutes, action trackers and presentations
• Development of the project proposals that include budget and planning
• Interaction with internal and external stakeholders and development of communication strategies regarding the assigned projects
• Support Team Managers in resource allocation/management
• Promotion of projects and / or internal initiatives for continuous improvement (e.g. new project management methodologies, introduction of process or product monitoring tools)

Requirements:

• Scientific Degree (Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or similar)
• At least 3/5 years of experience in Project Manager role in the Pharmaceutical sector or In Vitro Diagnostics or similar market
• Knowledge of Molecular Biology and/or Clinical Chemistry and/or Immunochemistry and/or Mass Spectrometry
• Fluent in English
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Visio, Project, Smarsheet
• Ability to interact with the different levels of organization
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities
• Autonomy
• Initiative and reliability
• Motivation and enthusiasm
