As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex IT solutions, especially in public sector projects. You’ll work closely with developers, project managers, and clients to translate business needs into clear, implementable requirements and monitor their execution throughout the project lifecycle.
This position is a 6-month contract with the opportunity to extend for another 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and model business processes and prepare project documentation.
- Create and present UI prototypes.
- Manage the coverage and implementation of both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Proactively identify and escalate project risks or delays.
- Monitor scope implementation and report deviations to relevant team members.
- Ensure project functionalities are delivered according to specifications.
- Prepare and prioritize development sprint backlogs.
- Lead analysis tasks for complex features and help define project priorities.
- Share knowledge and collaborate with colleagues, fostering team growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in business analysis (experience in public sector projects is a plus).
- Strong skills in UX, IT system design, and business process modeling (BPMN/UML).
- Proven ability to model complex business and integration processes.
- Skilled in moderating client discussions and engaging stakeholders.
- Experience planning and managing team tasks and dependencies with partners.
- Fluent in Lithuanian and proficient in English (both written and verbal).
The offered salary is up to €5000 gross per month or €35 per hour.
