Your role💼

As Information Security Officer your challenges will include:

• Manage and document ICT and IT Security processes;
• Define and follow procedures in compliance with regulations, particularly DORA;
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement security policies and access controls;
• Monitor and analyze cybersecurity threats, supporting incident response activities;
• Ensure secure information management and protection of sensitive data;
• Contribute to defining and managing cybersecurity risk management processes;
• Track the progress of assigned activities, ensuring they are completed within the group’s defined timelines.

Requirements 💡

• 3 years of experience in a similar cybersecurity role, preferably in the banking or financial sector.At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar cybersecurity role, preferably in the banking or financial sector;
• Knowledge of ICT processes and IT Security best practices;
• Experience in applying the DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) regulation;
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity risk management processes;
• Ability to manage documentation and prepare technical reports;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Fluent in Italian; knowledge of English and/or French is a plus.
