- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Platform Engineer or in a related DevOps role.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing on-premise Kubernetes clusters.
- Design, manage, and optimize Kubernetes platforms on bare-metal infrastructure.
- Set up, monitor, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab, Nexus, and ArgoCD.
- Implement and maintain strong platform security measures and tooling.
- Build and manage observability and monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.
- Automate platform operations, infrastructure provisioning, and deployment processes.
- Provide expert guidance and hands-on support for containerization solutions, including Kubernetes and OpenShift.
- Assist and support development teams in migrating to the new container-based platform.
- Solid background in CI/CD pipeline development, scripting (Bash, Python), and Git version control.
- Proven experience in infrastructure automation and efficient platform management.
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
- Strong understanding and application of security principles including authentication, authorization, PKI, and service meshes.
- Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS).
- Previous experience working in government or law enforcement organizations.
- Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, persuasive, and self-driven.
