Product Designer

Product Designer- Fluent Dutch – OSTs – Coaching – Amsterdam – Netherlands (hybrid)

Empiric has received an exciting opportunity for a Dutch speaking Product Designer with strong experience in product design plus user research.

Excellent coaching skills together with good facilitation ability. This Production designer should excel in stakeholder management and comfortable working in very complex enterprise environments.

Lastly, the Product Designer should be willing and able to coach junior PDs

Skills/experience required:

• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken & written)
• User-centred design tools and frameworks
• Stakeholder management
• Opportunity Solution Trees ( OSTs)
• Running continuous research and feedback
• Working in complex enterprise environments

Term: 6 to 12 Months plus extensions

Rate: Day rate + Starter Bonus + Free Lunch Club experience
