As a Product Designer/Developer, you'll sit at the intersection of UX/UI design and frontend development, shaping user-centric solutions that truly impact how health data is experienced.

You’ll be part of a collaborative product team working in Delft 4, translating real user needs into beautiful, functional interfaces that integrate seamlessly with modern technologies.

This is more than just design — it’s about creating, validating, and iterating. You'll be empowered to showcase designs to end-users, collect feedback, and fine-tune your work with direct insight from the people who matter most.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Take ideas from concept to prototype, to user testing and final implementation.
• Create detailed UX flows, interactive mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
• Present and test prototypes with end-users, gathering qualitative feedback to refine solutions.
• Implement designs directly in code using React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Contribute to and evolve a growing design system and brand language.
• Ensure responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect experiences across devices.

Tech Stack & Tools:

• Design: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Prototyping tools
• Frontend: React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS
• Collaboration: Git, Jira, Notion, Slack

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You...

• Have experience in a product design or frontend development role (or both).
• Are comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
• Have strong skills in UX/UI design, along with the ability to bring designs to life in code.
• Are a confident communicator and thrive in user-facing roles, where feedback shapes your work.
• Have an interest or background in healthcare, medical data, or secure data ecosystems.
• Are fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
