Endpoint Management Engineer

NN Digital Hub is a subsidiary company of Nationale Nederlanden Group located in Madrid, Spain. We deliver IT services and solutions for the different international Business Units from Nationale Nederlanden Group.

On this occasion, we look for Endpoint Management Engineer to join the team to be a supporter of change.

Key Responsibilities

• You will perform accurate analysis of operational issues and new (technological) developments that relate to Windows and Intune
• You will manage existing services, and test & implement new features
• You will maintain service availability, security and data privacy following NN guidelines.

Who you are

As an endpoint technologies engineer, you're passionate about IT and Endpoint configuration technologies like Intune, Microsoft 365 and Virtualization technologies. You are eager to learn and apply new skills and you use your experience to resolve issues with our related endpoint services and collaborate with and provide guidance to your colleagues to implement new features and improvements.

You enjoy pushing yourself and your colleagues to come up with innovative solutions. You ideally have a bachelor's degree in IT (or a related field), and you have a minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience with (modern) endpoints and management and configuration technologies (MD-102). You have experience with the Microsoft Power platform, Microsoft Azure (AZ-900), EntraID, M365 (MS-900) and exposure to Virtualization technologies like Citrix. You are able to analyze business processes and you're a strong communicator and collaborator, are able to form a helicopter view and you have an entrepreneurial mindset.
