Product Manager – DeFi/DEX

We're seeking an experienced product leader to spearhead the design and development of the next-generation perpetual DEX. The ideal candidate will bring deep trading system expertise to revolutionize the protocol architecture, focusing on professional-grade features, ultra-low latency execution, and institutional-ready infrastructure. This role will drive the evolution from our current AMM-orderbook hybrid model to an advanced system, emphasizing milliseconds execution, sophisticated order types, and robust risk management frameworks used in traditional exchanges.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Architect and drive the new version protocol design, including order book mechanics, execution engine, and cross-margining system, with emphasis on ultra-low latency and HFT capabilities
• Design and implement professional trading features including advanced order types, risk management framework, and institutional-grade portfolio management tools
• Lead technical specifications and coordinate with engineering teams on protocol development, focusing on system performance, security, and scalability
• Define market maker incentives, liquidity provision strategies, and fee structures while maintaining protocol sustainability and revenue optimization
• Drive user research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder management across development team, market makers, traders, and community governance

What You Bring:

• 4+ years product experience in trading systems/DeFi
• Deep understanding of CEX/DEX architecture
• Experience with low-latency trading systems
• Track record of shipping complex financial products
