Product Owner (Freshful Team)

What you’ll have to do:

• Actively contribute to our team’s goals by researching and suggesting ideas and improvements;
• Gather and document product requirements, prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate timelines with a team of data engineers, data analysts, and peers;
• Challenge assumptions, estimates, and approaches;
• Negotiate and prioritize an ever-growing backlog into development cycles in order to meet both business and client needs;
• Handle high-level technical meetings to understand what can be built (dependencies, approach, feasibility high-level cost, data needed to measure success);
• Analyze data and make recommendations based on user behavior and patterns;
• Set KPIs at the beginning of the project, makes sure implementation includes tracking parameters to help monitor progress, monitor progress;
• Understand and balance commercial/business needs against technical requirements and capabilities;
• Management of stakeholders and their expectations;
• Participate at OKR meetings and come with ideas, solutions data related
• Help shape and maintain the product roadmap;
• Work closely with other POs;
• Collaborate with data engineers to identify and mitigate project risks;
• Create & maintain tasks and stories in Jira;
• Create technical & business documentations.
  
  

What makes you a good fit:

• Have experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role within an e-commerce, digital, or data technology environment;
• Have experience with managing data products;
• Have understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working with cross-functional Agile teams;
• Able to translate business problems into quantitative analyses and produce useful insights;
• Proactive and constructive approach to problems;
• Have very good communication and conflict management skills;
• Have capability to understand basic technical matters;
• Passionate about creating products that solve customer pain points and enhance user experience;
• Able to empathize with users and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and usability;
• Have experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar for backlog management and sprint planning.
• Familiar with data solutions, architectures or data related technologies.
