- Create, manage, and maintain data dictionaries and business glossaries to ensure consistent data usage and understanding.
- Analyze, normalize, and optimize database structures for improved performance and data integrity.
- Support the design and rollout of data governance frameworks and policies.
- Provide expert guidance on data quality, data architecture, and data reusability best practices.
- Design and deliver insightful reports and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to change management and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple projects.
- Minimum HBO+ (Bachelor’s level or higher) working and thinking level.
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing data governance frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM), data modeling, and translating complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as Power BI, SQL, and SAP ERP.
- Familiarity with methodologies including Agile/Scrum, PMBOK, and DMBOK.
- Experience analyzing and optimizing information flows, preferably in supply chain or retail environments.
- Experience supporting organizational change and transformation initiatives.
- Understanding of data architecture in educational institutions.
- Knowledge of reporting and dashboard development standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Results-driven with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High level of organizational awareness and sensitivity.
