Project Manager

Penta Consulting are a technology service provider and leading outsourced partner helping to deliver professional and managed solutions across EMEA.

Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives on driving complex projects and delivering real business outcomes? We're looking for a Project Manager to join our client on a remote, B2B contract based in Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of transactional and subscription-based projects
• Manage customer relationships and ensure successful on-time, within-budget delivery
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers
• Drive stakeholder communication, reporting, and change management processes
• Track project metrics, financials, and profitability
• Collaborate with internal and partner delivery teams (including 3rd party vendors)
• Identify and act on business growth opportunities

Role Requirements:

• 10+ years of project management experience, ideally within IT/Telco sectors
• Strong leadership and communication skills, including working with senior leadership
• Proven experience managing high-risk, multi-technology, and global delivery projects
• Excellent understanding of risk, issue, and change management
• Experience supporting UK&I customers is a plus
• Fluent in English
• PMP or PgMP certification recommended
