What You’ll Do

• Ensure Healthy Data Flow: Collaborate with development teams to verify, troubleshoot, and maintain a consistent and reliable flow of data across our systems
• Own Data Infrastructure: Take ownership of building, organizing, and optimizing our internal data analysis infrastructure and pipelines
• Improve Data Culture: Play a leading role in establishing a data-driven mindset across teams by promoting best practices and actionable insights
• Enable Visualization Tools: Assist in the implementation and use of modern data visualization platforms like Looker, Tableau, and Power BI to empower business units
• Develop In-House Tools: Build customized data tools and dashboards to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy
• Lead Cross-Team Communication: Act as the point person for all data-related collaboration, ensuring smooth and effective communication between marketing, product, and engineering teams
• Interpret & Report Data: Transform raw data into clear, compelling reports and actionable recommendations to support decision-making processes
• Drive Continuous Optimization: Use insights from data to identify opportunities for product and marketing improvements, and proactively suggest data-based solutions
  
  
  
  

What We Look For

• Proven Data Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role with a strong understanding of mobile product analytics
• SQL & BigQuery Proficiency: Advanced skills in SQL and experience working with cloud-based databases like BigQuery to extract and manipulate data
• ETL & Dashboard Skills: Solid experience with ETL processes and business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Programming Knowledge: Familiarity with Python and/or R for scripting, automation, or statistical analysis
• Mobile Analytics Tools: Experience with tools like Appsflyer or Adjust is a big plus, especially for campaign and user acquisition analysis
• Analytical Thinker: Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to turn complex data into understandable insights
• Cross-Functional Collaborator: Comfort working across departments, proactively communicating insights and fostering a data-driven culture
• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in analyzing, cleaning, and interpreting data to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Growth-Minded: Eagerness to learn, adapt to new tools, and contribute to shaping our analytics approach

Entry-Level Candidates: Starting salary of 98,700 TL or more

Experienced Candidates: Starting salary of 138,000 TL, with potential for even higher pay based on expertise.
