ServiceNow SPM Developer – On-site in Abu Dhabi | Visa Sponsored | Long term Contract

I'm working with a client in Abu Dhabi on a long-term digital transformation project, and they’re looking to bring in a ServiceNow SPM Developer on an initial 7-month contract. You’ll need to be on-site in Abu Dhabi, and they will sponsor your visa — but please note, relocation costs are not covered.

This role sits within a well-established delivery team, and you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing solutions across the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module, including Innovation, Demand, Project, and Portfolio Management.

🔧 What you'll be doing:

• Build and customise solutions within the ServiceNow SPM suite
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Develop custom workflows, dashboards, widgets, and reports
• Configure inbound/outbound APIs for systems integration
• Ensure platform governance, scalability, and alignment with best practices
• Deliver training, documentation, and support for long-term adoption

• Solid understanding of project and demand management within the platform
• Experience developing technical solutions aligned with client needs
