The Product Manager will be responsible for the design, development, and management of Finance House’s Retail and SME product portfolio. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in financial product management, who is passionate about digital innovation and improving customer experience. This role demands a strong understanding of financial technologies, pricing strategies, and product lifecycle management within a corporate financial institution.


Key Responsibilities


  • Act as the subject matter expert throughout the product definition, development, and launch phases.
  • Identify and implement effective product solutions by analyzing market gaps and customer needs.
  • Conduct objective assessments of market opportunities and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Design, maintain, and enhance product pricing structures and strategies to align with customer preferences and revenue targets.
  • Ensure all pricing and product initiatives comply with the overall pricing strategy and deliver optimal profitability.
  • Develop and implement pricing models, volume forecasting, and KPI-driven measurement tools.
  • Test and analyze price elasticity using data-driven models and simulations.
  • Establish annual business and expense plans for each product line and monitor performance against objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end product delivery lifecycle: from concept and business requirements to testing and deployment.
  • Define and monitor product KPIs to evaluate success and inform future strategy.
  • Own and manage the P&L for all retail and SME products.
  • Build and deliver compelling presentations to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate closely with account sales, product delivery, legal, compliance, and technology teams to drive execution and ensure market readiness.
  • Identify and address gaps in asset product offerings, digital sales, and marketing journeys to enhance the user experience.
  • Leverage knowledge in digital marketing and martech tools to support digital product initiatives.
  • Continuously assess the evolving financial ecosystem and emerging technologies in collaboration with tech partners.


Essential Requirements


  • Proven experience in product management or development roles within financial institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of the Agile methodology and experience drafting vision statements, epics, user stories, and design documentation.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and managing products in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities with an aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in project planning, management, and the development of business cases and reports.
  • Solid understanding of product pricing strategies and the ability to interpret financial statements.


Qualifications and Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role within the financial sector.
