1. JOB PURPOSE:
The Senior Project Manager is accountable for the strategic execution of complex, high-impact projects that enable organizational growth and transformation. This role ensures project outcomes are aligned with business priorities, delivered within scope, time, and budget, and contribute measurable value. The Senior Project Manager leads cross-functional teams, manages stakeholder expectations, and applies best-in-class project methodologies to drive results across a dynamic and evolving landscape.
2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: (Description)
- Strategic Project Leadership
- Translate strategic goals into actionable project roadmaps and execution plans.
- Ensure projects are prioritized, resourced, and executed in alignment with organizational vision and portfolio direction.
- Drive delivery of mission-critical initiatives with a focus on measurable outcomes and long-term impact.
- Governance & Planning
- Define project scope, success criteria, and governance frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Establish and manage integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, and interdependencies.
- Lead project steering committees and provide strategic updates to executive leadership.
- Cross-Functional Execution
- Mobilize and lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, alignment, and accountability.
- Ensure resources are effectively allocated and risks proactively mitigated across all phases.
- Embed agile, lean, or hybrid methodologies to optimize project velocity and quality.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, ensuring decisions are informed and aligned.
- Drive clear, concise communication and issue resolution across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Value Realization & Continuous Improvement
- Define and monitor project KPIs, ensuring delivery of anticipated business value.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned to improve future performance.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.

4. Context, Work environment & DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY:
- The job holder will have limited decision-making authority and will operate under the supervision of the Director – Delivery.
5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Project Management).
- Demonstrated academic excellence and participation in extracurricular activities.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (required).
Minimum Experience:
- Between 5 to 10 years of experience in project management in real estate development or related fields.
- Proven success in leading enterprise-wide, cross-border or cross-functional projects.
- Understanding of business strategy, portfolio governance, and change management.
