The Business Insights and Analytics Associate plays a crucial role in understanding market dynamics and identifying business opportunities. The role will be essential to develop, execute, coordinate and communicate innovative market research projects to provide deeper brand and Gulf market understanding. In addition it will be responsible for external data (IQVIA) management and analysis.

Essential Attributes
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
- Background and previous experience in business analytics is an add on.
- Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with people from different business functions, demonstrating strong teamwork.
- Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, execute, and work independently.
- Proven history of implementation with a practical approach to problem-solving.
- Curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning.
- High Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office.
- Expertise knowledge of CRM platforms, PowerBI, and other data analysis tools.
- Market research experience is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), with a good combination of analytical skills, strategic thinking, creativity, and result orientation.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage various tasks simultaneously.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Research and Data Analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality execution and timely delivery of prioritized market research projects. This involves fostering a collaborative environment and leveraging team strengths to achieve common goals.
- Serve as a trusted partner, by actively leading various phases of market research projects, including kick off, approach development, definition of methodology, execution, insight, and analysis. This requires strong leadership and the ability to guide teams through complex processes.
- Insightful Presentation and Recommendations: Present final outputs and provide recommendations in line with brand objectives. This involves synthesizing data into clear, compelling insights.
- Effective Third-Party Management: Manage market research agencies with clear communication of research objectives and timeline. Ensure agencies understand and comply with requests and processes, fostering a productive partnership.
- Market Research Financial Oversight and OPEX Management: Maintain the OPEX dedicated to market research activities and monitor spending to meet the OPEX plan. This includes budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring financial resources are used efficiently.
- Ensure research activities are compliant with internal policies, procedures, and industry codes of conduct. This involves staying updated on regulatory requirements and maintaining high ethical standards.
- Data Analysis: Ensure data integrity, cleanliness, and consistency. This involves implementing quality control measures and continuously monitoring data quality to support accurate analysis.
- Effective communication skills are essential for conveying research findings, providing feedback, fostering open dialogue and cross functional collaboration.
- Act as the single point of contact for all analytics needs related to brand performance within the affiliate.
- Translate analytics outcomes into actionable business insights and recommendations to serve the brand goals and objectives.
- Influence teams to make data driven decisions, based on market research outcomes and brand execution performance.
- Maintain close collaboration with OCE team to derive analytics related to customer segments for priority brands to drive personalized experiences for healthcare professionals.
