Job Title :: Program / Project Manager

Location :: Montreal (day 1 onboarding onsite / in-office presence required 3x/week)

• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

• Must be a team player and foster a team first environment and inclusive culture

• Capable of project planning, organization, time management skills and ability to multi-task

• Experience in the running of workshops with stakeholders and Senior Management

• Experience in capturing and following through on changes and improved processes

• Must have strong PowerPoint and Excel knowledge

• Experience with JIVE development

• Understanding of Agile development

• Experience with authoring communications via Word and Outlook

• Experience with Corporate Adoption and the communications needs for successful adoption

• Experience with KPI capture and reporting
