We’re looking for an experienced SAP BTP Specialist / Technical Lead to join our team and drive cutting-edge SAP solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud, BTP, ABAP, and SAP integration frameworks. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at delivering scalable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud and BTP implementations.
• Design and develop solutions using ABAP, CPI, Fiori, SAC, and other SAP technologies.
• Drive integration initiatives using Cloud Connector, CPI, APIs, and 3rd-party system connectivity.
• Develop and present POCs, demos, and technical solutions to business stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, security standards, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR).
• Provide technical leadership and guidance across Finance, HR, and S2S modules.
• Apply ABAP Restful Programming Model in modern SAP development scenarios.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, project managers, and C-level executives to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Identify, assess, and communicate technical risks and mitigation strategies to leadership.
• Support a fast-paced, agile delivery environment, ensuring high-quality deliverables on time.

Mandatory Requirements

• 10–15 years of total experience, with a minimum of 10 years in SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud and SAP BTP.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale SAP implementations and digital transformations.
• Strong hands-on experience in ABAP development with deep knowledge of SAP modules such as Finance, HR, and S2S.
• Expertise in SAP integration methodologies, including CPI, Cloud Connector, and API Management.
• Solid experience with SAP BTP tools and frameworks, including Fiori, SAC, Restful ABAP Programming Model, and integration with non-SAP applications.
• Ability to design and deliver solution demos and POCs to business stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of SAP best practices and security concepts.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Demonstrated ability to manage technical risks, issues, and escalations effectively.
• Experience working in a fast-paced delivery environment with strong stakeholder management, including engagement with executives and C-level leaders.
