Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage strategic projects of Group Legal (GL) division. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are planned, executed, and delivered effectively while adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements. This role demands strong stakeholder engagement and a strategic mindset to drive project success.

About Your Role

Strategic Project Management:

• Plan, manage, and deliver GL strategic projects according to approved project plans and budgets.
• Engage with key internal and external stakeholders to align strategies and execute project plans effectively.
• Develop detailed project roadmaps and collaborate with various departments to implement comprehensive project plans
  
  

Operational Excellence

• Create and maintain detailed work and project plans, documenting project activities and monitoring progress.
• Foster collaboration among GL departments or the wider organization to ensure timely and effective delivery of project goals.
• Organize review meetings, address blockers, and adhere to risk management guidelines to mitigate project risks.
• Oversee weekly trackers for major investments and core priorities, ensuring allignment and timely deliverables.
  
  

Change Management

• Manage the change management requirements to ensure stakeholder acceptance of project-related activities and changes.
• Analyze existing processes within GL and implement effective solutions that align with business expectations.
  
  

Continuous Improvement

• Identify, recommend, and establish best practices for project development, including the introduction of automated tools and systems.
• Act independently under the consultative direction of the Division Head to ensure quality service from the Group Legal support team.

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years of job-related experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suits.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience, with a focus on diverse teams and senior management.
• Project manager or qualified attorney with project management skills.
• Verbal and written command of the Arabic language (Preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business demands.
• Sound knowledge of administrative functions.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Managerial skills, with the ability to delegate tasks and manage workflow effectively
• Strong mentoring and coaching abilities
