Position: Technical Support Engineer – Fire Pumps

NAFFCO Qatar is looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our team. If you have hands-on experience with fire pump systems, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction—this is your opportunity to make an impact!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide technical support to clients and end-users regarding the installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of fire pumps.
• Conduct on-site inspections, testing, and commissioning of fire pump systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve complex technical issues and provide feedback for product improvements.
• Train clients and internal teams on the operation and maintenance of fire pump systems.
• Prepare technical documentation, including manuals, service reports, and troubleshooting guides.
• Ensure compliance with local and international fire safety standards and regulations.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role, preferably in fire pumps or fire protection systems.
• Strong knowledge of fire pump systems, including NFPA standards.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical clients.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software related to fire pumps.
