Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our project team in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing civil works on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. This is a site-based role involving coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, supervise, and execute civil construction works at project sites as per project requirements.
Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and ensure proper implementation on-site.
Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely execution of work.
Monitor progress against schedules and resolve technical issues on-site.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and report deviations to the Project Manager.
Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment on-site.
Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and project stakeholders for approvals and inspections.
Support procurement by identifying material requirements as per site needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a recognized university.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or EPC projects.
Strong technical knowledge of civil works including foundations, structures, and finishing works.
Experience working on project sites in the GCC is an advantage.
Proficient in project management tools, AutoCAD, MS Office, and site reporting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Should be available to relocate to Oman immediately or within a short notice period.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Commensurate with experience and industry standards

Nationality Preference: Omani candidates only.

Pay: RO600.000 - RO800.000 per month
