A day to day as a Data / Server Developer at Similarweb means...

• If you’re passionate about elegant code and modern development methodologies, we would like to meet you.
• As a Server Developer at SimilarWeb you will:
• Participate in design & decision making processes of a multidisciplinary self-managed team on a large variety of web and server side technologies
• Develop and maintain the existing product solutions according to product discovery and requirements
• Learn new stuff and enrich other team members
• Perform code reviews, evaluate implementations, and provide feedback about potential tool improvements
  

Some Of The Technologies You Will Use

• C# and .NET 8.0
• AWS services (DynamoDB, OpenSearch, S3, Athena, RDS, and many others)
• SQL/NoSQL Databases (DynamoDb, RDS, Firebolt)
• DataBricks (Spark/PySpark), Airflow
• GitLab, TeamCity, Kubernetes
  
  

What will bring you to the team?

• Bsc in computer science or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of experience in developing server-side in .NET - must,
• Experience in Big Data, Python, SQL (Relational data), DataBricks, Spark (PySpark), SQL/NoSQL Databases - must
• Experience with AWS services: S3, DynamoDB, Athena, ElasticSearch, Terraform etc - advantage
• Experience with large scale web production systems - advantage
• Comfortable taking challenges and learning new technologies
