Position: Project Manager + Banking

Location: Malmo, Sweden (Hybrid)

Duration: 10 +Months

Description:

As Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of key initiatives within the organisation. Your responsibility will be to manage one or several projects, ensuring that they meet timelines, stay within budget, and deliver the desired outcomes in line with the organization’s broader objectives., where we create possibilities for a better living by providing banking and financial services. We do it with different perspectives, natural curiosity, and long-term focus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Strategy and Planning:

• Define the projects objectives, goals, and success criteria.
• Develop a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Align the project with the program / organization's strategic objectives and ensure consistency with its mission and vision.

Risk Management:

• Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans to address potential issues.
• Monitor and manage risks throughout the project’s lifecycle.

Quality Assurance:

• Establish and maintain quality standards for project deliverables.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure the highest standards are met.
• Proven experience in successful project implementations from start to finish.
• Proven experience in delivering projects in multiple markets & culture.
• In-depth understanding of project management methodologies.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is preferred.
• Experience in the Scaled Agile Framework, Agile ways of working is a plus
