Program Project Manager II - Project Analyst

Product & PMO team within Direct BU is focused on product management of Direct BU initiatives plus profitability, conversion and profile analysis, lead routing, and price competitiveness to support Direct BU growth, profitability and performance objectives.

Role Description:

• The purpose of this role will be to provide coordination, organization, transparency, insight, planning and critical thinking by managing various initiatives in support of a program manager;
• Will be responsable for Managing multiple competing priorities in parallel, narrow timelines, need to pivot focus based upon evolving business needs, managing individual stakeholders with different personalities;
• Role will be responsible for small-medium scale projects;
• Strong collaborative abilities and communication skills;
• Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and urgency;
• Able to manage multiple competing priorities in parallel Organized, Organizational Framework for Information and Communication (ORGAFIC);
• Ability to coorindate with others, manage timelines, and pivot focus based upon changing business needs;
• Experience with project management
