Business Unit Overview
The Marketing unit provides direction for all creative aspects of the group, including; branding, communications and digital media. They are tasked with producing marketing content for all segments of the business. The Marketing unit is our conduit of communication to the external market - responsible for positioning the suite of our products and services to maximise exposure and growth potential of our brand.
Role Purpose
Responsibilities
As a Senior Digital Designer, you will help define and execute the visual direction of our brand across digital, print, and web. This role covers all design aspects of the group, including UI/UX, branding, campaigns, communications, and digital content. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality creative work that supports all segments of the business. The responsibilities include:
Lead design projects from concept through to final delivery
Assist in shaping a consistent, impactful brand experience across all platforms
Develop and enhance UI/UX strategies for websites and internal tools
Create digital assets for campaigns, social media, and marketing
Design and edit motion graphics for video content and DOOH screens
Maintain brand consistency and oversee integration projects across the business
Plan and execute brand communications on all channels
Manage brand strategy, including style and brand guidelines
Work collaboratively with external stakeholders to execute campaigns
Act as the internal point of contact for brand usage and visual standards
Qualifications And Experience
6+ years’ experience in digital design for branding, campaigns, and all forms of digital creative assets
Strong knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects
Experience creating motion graphics for digital assets
The ability to understand, analyse, and respond to briefs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Creative problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated design competency through portfolio of works
Skills in web development and video production (highly regarded)
