Join our team as a People & Culture Coordinator!
Are you the ultimate people person with a passion for crafting a fun and vibrant workplace? We’re seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to be our culture champion! In this role, you’ll be the mastermind behind employee engagement, recruitment, onboarding coordinating our social events, and promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment.
What you’ll do
- Provide comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support
- Help organise employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
- Coordinate and administer employee training and development programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall people and culture strategy
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Dayforce (Desirable)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration.
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
