Detailed Job Description:
Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Lead all Scrum meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach the Team: Guide the development team on Scrum principles and self-organization.
Support the Product Owner: Help the Product Owner manage the backlog and define product goals.
Remove Impediments: Clear any roadblocks that slow down the team.
Promote Agile Values: Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Encourage Self-Management: Empower the team to make decisions and take ownership.
